Annual Royalty for the Public Lending of Literary, Pictorial, and Musical Works
Public libraries and media libraries are required to pay an annual fee of 2 euros per registered user who has borrowed a book as compensation for public lending.
The royalties collected are then distributed among authors, publishers, and composers.
To participate in the distribution of royalties, we invite you to register—if you haven’t already—with LUXORR asbl for your literary and visual works and with SACEM Luxembourg sc for your musical works.
